International Export Marketing Manager – Pharma Industry Job Summary:Responsible for driving international business growth through export marketing, global market development, regulatory coordination, and customer relationship management for pharmaceutical products. Key Responsibilities:1. International Market DevelopmentIdentify new markets, distributors, and business opportunities across regions. Conduct market research on demand, competition, pricing, and regulatory landscape. Develop global marketing strategies to increase product penetration. 2. Export Sales & Business GrowthAchieve export sales targets and expand company presence in assigned international markets. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with overseas clients. Generate and manage export orders, ensuring delivery timelines. 3. Regulatory & Compliance CoordinationCoordinate with RA team for dossiers, COPPs, FSCs, and other regulatory documents. Ensure compliance with international pharma export norms (WHO, MOH requirements, etc.). Prepare documents for product registrations in various countries. 4. Customer & Distributor ManagementManage relationships with international distributors, importers, and business partners. Resolve client queries related to technical, regulatory, and commercial aspects. Conduct client meetings, virtual conferences, and occasional international travel for business development. 5. Marketing ActivitiesDevelop product presentations, marketing materials, and promotional strategies. Participate in global pharma exhibitions (CPhI, Arab Health, etc.). Monitor global market trends and recommend product portfolio expansions. 6. Internal CoordinationCollaborate with production, QA/QC, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order execution. Coordinate for export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, LC/DA/DP terms, etc. Track shipments, logistics timelines, and export documentation accuracy. 7. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare monthly sales reports, forecast analyses, and market performance reviews. Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategic improvements. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of pharmaceutical exports & international regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Understanding of documentation, logistics, LC rules, and export compliance. Ability to build strong overseas business networks. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and market research platforms. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Business (MBA preferred). 5–10 years of experience in international pharma export/marketing. Experience in regulated & semi-regulated markets preferred.
