Here are some quick points on what we would need support on: Prepares and uploads product content, pages, and updates to the website (via WordPress) Extracts and formats text or product information for web and marketing use Assists with basic web page edits (text, links, images, layout adjustments) Uploads and schedules social media posts, and helps respond to comments or questions Assists with updating store location information, including trading hours, holiday notices, and temporary closures Uploads content to email platforms such as Brevo and HubSpot, including layout support and testing Helps prepare and resize images for website or social use when needed Familiar with content management systems, especially WordPress Has general awareness of digital marketing workflows and the importance of content accuracy
