International Customer Support

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound support for students enrolling in our UK-based online courses. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong desire to help learners succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound queries via phone, email, and chat from UK students.

• Guide potential learners through course features, pricing, and enrollment steps.
• Resolve post-enrollment queries related to course access, schedules, and technical support.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and drive student satisfaction.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in EdTech or international process).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in handling UK or international customers is a plus.
• Basic MS Office and CRM usage knowledge.
