Job Description

You will be responsible for handling international voice process in E-commerce, Healthcare, or Upselling domains. Your work schedule will include 5 days of work with 2 days of rotational offs. The job location is Bellandur. To be eligible for this role, you should be a PUC / Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of international voice experience. Cab facility will be provided between 8 PM to 8 AM. Key Responsibilities: - Handling international voice calls in E-commerce, Healthcare, or Upselling domains - Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication - Meeting performance targets and KPIs set by the company Qualifications Required: - PUC / Graduate - Minimum 6 months of international voice experience - Good communication skills in English The company offers competitive salaries based on experience levels: Freshers: - 22k in Hand + 4k night shift Allowance + incentives Experienced: - E-commerce: 24k changes + 4k night shift Allowance + incentives - Healthcare: 27k changes + 4k night shift Allowance + incentives - Upselling: 28k changes + 4k night shift Allowance + incentives This is a full-time and permanent job suitable for freshers. The benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund. The work location is in person.,
