Role & responsibilities

Student support

Organize the set-up and to ensure a smooth and timely handling & assigning of Ticket.

Student Online

Enrolments

Support the University in conducting Online Enrolments.

Onshore support

Work collaboratively with (international) partners, executing the tasks assigned.
Work effectively with a diverse range of service providers and colleagues

Ad-hoc

Taking up any additional tasks assigned by the Stakeholders.

Student Online

Enrolments

• Conduct Online Enrolments as per the schedule in

and update them on the Sharepoint.

Ticketing Queue

• Assigning & Actioning the Ticketing Queue to ensure

that the student queries are handled and resolved or

assigned to the relevant department

Preferred candidate profile

An fresher Graduate from the passed out years from 2022-2025 who hold Provisional and Consolidated documents.
Excellent communication skills
