Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as International Customer Support Executives (Insidesales).
The role involves handling international customer queries and providing professional assistance with empathy, accuracy, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and complaints via inbound/outbound calls.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional tone.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by collaborating with internal teams.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
• Maintain call quality and achieve customer service standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication in English.
• Minimum Versant level 4 or above.
• Positive attitude, patience, and customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, target-based environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
