International Customer Support

You will be the voice of the company, providing exceptional service and support to international clients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Handling outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy. - Providing accurate information and support regarding products and services. - Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience. - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborating with team members to enhance processes and customer satisfaction. - Staying updated on company policies, product knowledge, and industry trends. Qualifications: - Education: Graduation is a must for fresher; for experienced candidates, undergraduates can also be considered. - Experience: 0 to 4 years in customer service or a related field (BPO experience is a plus). Not more than 4 years of experience will be considered. - Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and neutral accent. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude. The company follows a mode of work that is Work From Office (WFO). The interview process includes a Versant test followed by 2 virtual rounds. The Versant threshold is 60 (Pearson Versant tool). The work location is in Mumbai, with Shift Timings being US Rotational Shifts. Transportation is provided with a 2-way cab within a 35 km radius. Required documents include Offer Letter, relieving letter, last 3 months salary slips, and PF Statement/Form 16. The shift timings are from 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM and 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM. Please note that the job requires at least 1 year of experience in an International BPO and fluency in English for international voice support. Night shift availability is also a requirement.
