New Opportunities are available hurry up! ||We are hiring for Gurgaon location for International Blended process|| Any graduate Who has minimum 1 year of experience in GDS or Amadeus with excellent knowledge about International Voice process can easily apply Location -Gurgaon International Voice Process Working -5 days Rotational shift-24*7 Salary-3.25 LPA Roles and Responsibilities Handle international customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Utilize Amadeus system to process travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to flight schedules, baggage claims, and other travel-related matters. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling CBSE/ICSE/GDS/Semi Voice processes. Excellent communication skills for effective customer handling over phone calls, emails, or chats. Proficiency in using Amadeus system for booking flights and managing travel itineraries.
