Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Utilize Amadeus system to process travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to flight schedules, baggage claims, and other travel-related matters. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling CBSE/ICSE/GDS/Semi Voice processes. Excellent communication skills for effective customer handling over phone calls, emails, or chats. Proficiency in using Amadeus system for booking flights and managing travel itineraries.
