  • Handle customer queries for the

    Hamilton Intercity Level 5 process

  • Resolve customer issues professionally with empathy and accuracy
  • Manage customer interactions effectively across different scenarios
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience as per process guidelines

Salary

  • 22,000 to 25,000 CTC per month

Shift & Working Details

  • 24/7 Rotational Shifts

  • 6 Days Working

  • 1 Rotational Week Off

  • 9 Hours Shift

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fluent in

    English & Hindi

    (spoken & written)
  • Fresher & Experienced

    candidates can apply
  • Undergraduates & Graduates

    are eligible
  • Comfortable working in

    24/7 rotational shifts

  • Willing to work

    6 days a week

  • Paid training

    (certification mandatory post training)
