  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries efficiently.
  • Adhere to and promote the organization’s policies and quality standards to optimize customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: Proven experience in customer service or call center environments, with a focus on international clientele.
  • Must-Have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Must-Have: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage and resolve conflicts.
  • Preferred: Experience working with CRM systems and support software.
  • Preferred: Background in multi-channel customer support operations.
  • Preferred: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
