Hiring – Customer Service (Travel Domain)
We are looking for experienced customer service professionals with a background in the travel industry.
Eligibility Criteria:
•Graduate with minimum 6 months of travel industry experience
•Undergraduate with minimum 1 year of travel industry experience
•5 days working with rotational shifts and week-offs
•Transport facility provided
Salary: Up to ₹38,000 CTC/month
Required Skills:
•Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
•Good problem-solving and customer handling abilities
•Basic computer knowledge
•Typing speed of 30+ WPM
•Familiarity with travel industry workflows
•Ability to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment
