📍 Location: Gurgaon / Noida 🗓 Working Days: 5 days a week 🔄 Shifts: Rotational shifts & week-offs 🚗 Transport: Provided (pick-up & drop for odd hours) 🎓 Eligibility Criteria: Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience in a travel BPO/customer service process Undergraduate (UG) with minimum 1 year of experience in a travel customer support role Experience in international travel process is also considered 💼 Roles & Responsibilities: Handle customer service queries related to international/domestic flight, hotel, and holiday bookings Assist customers in modifying, cancelling, or rebooking travel plans Respond to calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner Use GDS tools (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre – if applicable) to retrieve and modify bookings Provide end-to-end support for ticket issuance, reissuance and refunds. Achieve quality metrics, including AHT, CSAT, and first contact resolution (FCR) Work efficiently in rotational shifts as per business needs Adhere to company policies, call scripts, and process standards 💰 Salary & Benefits: 30% hike on last drawn salary Paid training provided Cab facility available Performance-based incentives
