Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on travel options, managing travel arrangements, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include planning itineraries, booking travel and accommodation, consulting with clients to determine their needs, and resolving any travel-related issues that may arise. The role requires a strong focus on ensuring client satisfaction and delivering an excellent travel experience. Qualifications Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements Experience in Customer Service and handling reservations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Prior experience in the travel industry is beneficial Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
