Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on travel options, managing travel arrangements, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include planning itineraries, booking travel and accommodation, consulting with clients to determine their needs, and resolving any travel-related issues that may arise. The role requires a strong focus on ensuring client satisfaction and delivering an excellent travel experience.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Experience in Customer Service and handling reservations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Prior experience in the travel industry is beneficial
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
