GENERAL DESCRIPTION Travel consultant role is to manage bookings for customers who are planning their travel using Airline portal & handle all travel related queries including refunds & amendments via OB/IB calls, chats & back-office functions. KEY DELIVERABLES EXPECTED Excellent Verbal & Written Communications skills to connect with Internal & External Customers. Must have relevant Travel vertical experience and domain knowledge. Should be good in managing / handling customer queries & providing faster resolution. Confident in making follow-up calls to close the tickets. Able to handle both inbound & outbound calls. Sound knowledge on Amadeus/GDS/Sabre & any other relevant travel platforms Open for the rotational shift in 24X7 environment QUALIFICATION Graduates/Under Grads Multi-lingual European languages (Optional) Certification in Travel Applications/Domain Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages Basic knowledge on Google Suit (Docs, Sheets…etc.) Keyboard Skills – Good Typing speed (30 WPM) KEY COMPETENCIES / KEY SKILLS Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal (English) European languages (optional) Team player and contribute towards Team goals Should be able to work in a high-pressure environment Flexible to work with roster offs & shifts Taking Ownership & act responsibly with Organization’s guidelines Job Type: Fresher Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
