Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Service position located in New Delhi. The International Customer Service representative will be responsible for managing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling phone inquiries with proper etiquette, and improving the overall customer experience. The representative will engage with international customers, resolve their queries, and provide effective solutions to their issues in a timely and professional manner.
