SUMMARY International Customer Support Chat Position at a Leading MNC in Gurgaon About The Company Our client is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security. With expertise across more than 40 industries, we offer Strategy and Consulting, Technology, and Operations Services. Job Description Providing chat support for international customers across different time zones. Handling multiple chats in a positive and professional manner. Addressing customer queries, complaints, and requests, and providing resolutions via chat. Working in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Demonstrating exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written. Applying customer service principles and practices to deliver outstanding support. Additional Information Work Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Contract (12 months) with the potential for on-boarding to client payroll based on exceptional performance and business needs. Salary: Up to 40,000 per month plus additional benefits (dependent on last CTC and experience). --- Requirements Requirements: Exceptional English communication skills. Any Graduates with a minimum of 6 months or more experience in a customer support role are encouraged to apply. Ability to work in different time zones and manage multiple chats. Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts, and from the office. 6 months to 5 years of experience in customer support, technical support, BPO, chat process, international voice process, inbound, KPO, outbound process, US process, UK process, Australian process, etc. Immediate joiners only. 5 days working with 2 rotational offs. Benefits Laptop and other assets will be provided by company P.F+ E.S.I + Others facility. Company will give both way cab facility.
