Job Title: International Business Executive - (Kyrgyzstan)

International Business Executive


“Candidates must demonstrate strong command of the Russian language in reading, writing, and verbal communication.”


Key Responsibilities:

Brand Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute the brand strategy for prescription products in international markets.
  • Ensure that marketing efforts align with the company’s global objectives and adapt them to local market needs.


Sales Planning & Execution:

  • Create and implement detailed sales plans to meet business goals and revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies to drive growth and performance.


Sales Team Monitoring:

  • Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide guidance, motivation, and support to optimize team effectiveness.


Promotional Campaigns & Events:

  • Coordinate with the

    PMT (Product Management Team)

    at the Head Office to plan and execute impactful promotional campaigns.
  • Organize and oversee events such as doctors’ meetings, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and other promotional activities


Cross-Department Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with the

    PMT

    and

    Admin teams

    to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies, sales targets, and operational functions.
  • Manage timely communication across teams to streamline business processes.


Distributor Liaison:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors across various regions.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels and oversee the distribution of product samples to different locations.
  • Monitor distributor performance to ensure product availability and market coverage.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the reporting authority in alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/ B.Sc. or related field. MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 5-7 years of experience in international business, brand marketing, or sales in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of brand management and marketing strategies in international markets.
  • Proven experience in sales planning, team management, and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships with distributors and sales teams.
  • Familiarity with promotional campaigns and healthcare events.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
