Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute international business strategies to drive growth in the Gulf region, EMEA, Singapore, and other global markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through B2B lead generation, relationship-building, and market research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for international clients across various industries.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and provide coaching on best practices.

Job Requirements :

  • 8-12 years of experience in international business development or related field (B2B sales/global sales).
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads from multiple sources (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns) and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market dynamics and ability to navigate complex cultural norms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
