Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Business Development Executive, based in Jaipur. The Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the international market, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and creating strategies for business expansion. Additional tasks include attending trade shows, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the marketing team to ensure effective communication and promotion.

• Experience in International Business Development, Sales and Market Research
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to understand market trends and customer needs
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field
• Previous experience in the bathroom or home decor industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
