Job Description

Executive – Sponsorship Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with potential

    sponsors, partners, and high-value buyers

    .
  • Drive

    sponsorship business sales

    by understanding client objectives and aligning them with event opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach in relevant industries.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sponsorship and ticket sales targets.
  • Craft and present

    compelling sponsorship proposals and sales pitches

    tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate sponsorship packages and contracts, ensuring value-driven outcomes for both sponsors and the event.
  • Collaborate with marketing and event teams to align sponsorship deals with promotional and branding initiatives.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups to close deals successfully.
  • Provide exceptional relationship management and after-sales support to sponsors and key clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sponsorship opportunities and revenue streams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven track record in

    sponsorship sales, event sales, or business development

    (preferably within events, media, or exhibitions).
  • Strong ability to

    generate leads, develop business opportunities, and close high-value sponsorship deals

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Knowledge of the events and sponsorship landscape, with strong industry networking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage leads and track performance.
