Role & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from international (UK-based) banking customers.
Assist customers with banking queries, account details, transactions, and other service requests.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow company policies, compliance, and data security protocols.
Meet performance targets such as call quality, resolution rate, and response time.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Excellent verbal
communication skills in English
Minimum 1 year of experience
in international voice process
Strong problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work comfortably in
UK rotational/night shifts
.
Immediate joiners only
will be considered.
Graduate in any discipline (undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply).
