Internal Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving growth for one of our flagship digital products. Your primary responsibilities will involve outbound calling, lead qualification, and establishing strong relationships with potential clients. Working closely with our product and marketing teams, you will be instrumental in creating persuasive pitches that effectively convert interest into product adoption. Your key responsibilities will include researching, identifying, and reaching out to potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email, and digital platforms. You will be expected to introduce and pitch our product offerings with clarity and confidence, as well as schedule product walkthroughs and demos for interested prospects. Collaboration with the onboarding team will be essential for a seamless handoff and activation process. It will also be important to maintain and track all activities in CRM tools to ensure transparency and facilitate reporting. We are seeking individuals who possess confidence in B2B/inside sales or cold calling roles, along with strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. A self-starter with a proactive and energetic approach to work will thrive in this role. Proficiency in both English and Hindi is required, and knowledge of regional languages would be an added advantage. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach platforms is preferred.
