Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Sales Executive based in Chennai. The responsibilities include performing inside sales activities, generating and nurturing leads, preparing quotations, and acting as a liaison between the company and customers. The role requires effective communication to address customer inquiries, manage client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and generating and converting leads
• Ability to create accurate Quotations and handle sales-related documentation
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
• Customer Service expertise and a focus on delivering a positive client experience
• Previous experience in a sales or similar role is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
