Role Description

Full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Kochi. Sales Engineer will manage customer relationships, create detailed quotations, handle inbound inquiries, and generate leads. The role involves engaging in customer service activities, and maintaining strong communication to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation
• Experience in preparing accurate and detailed Quotations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and address their needs effectively
• Organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage
• Relevant experience in sales or customer service is highly beneficial
