As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone and via email. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed sales. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close sales while achieving or exceeding sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to provide insights for improving sales and marketing strategies. Requirements: • Proven inside sales experience, preferably in a similar Semiconductor distribution industry. • Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite. • Min. experience required – 2-3 years in this domain.
