Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone and via email. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to close. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Utilize various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.) to generate new sales leads. Prospecting and Qualification: Qualify leads and prospects based on predefined criteria and set appointments for further engagement with the sales team. Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our products/services can meet those needs. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits and value propositions of our offerings. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed sales. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close sales while achieving or exceeding sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to provide insights for improving sales and marketing strategies. Requirements: • Proven inside sales experience, preferably in a similar Semiconductor distribution industry. • Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite. • Min. experience required – 2-3 years in this domain.
