We are looking for a proactive Internal Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support smooth sales operations, customer management, and financial coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & CRM

  • Manage and maintain accurate customer records in the company’s CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to process and follow up on sales leads, quotations, and inquiries.
  • Ensure timely communication with distributors, retailers, and customers regarding order status and product information.

Order Management

  • Prepare and process Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
  • Track stock availability and communicate shortages or delays to relevant departments.

Cash & Payment Management

  • Follow up on cash collections and outstanding payments from customers.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of receipts and collections.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice reconciliation and payment tracking.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with sales forecasts and pipeline tracking.
  • Support marketing and trade promotions with necessary coordination and documentation.

Customer Service

  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to support repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in internal sales coordination, customer service, or sales support (preferably in FMCG or manufacturing).
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
