Field Sales Representative

Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at Flying Industries, you will play a crucial role in expanding the customer base and introducing products and solutions to new markets. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Present, promote, and sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers. - Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions. - Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. - Provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline status to management. Qualifications Required: - Proven sales experience, ideally in Bopp tape and paper industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. - Experience using CRM tools is a plus. - Experience in paper, Films, tape, or packaging industries is preferred but not required.
