As a Communications Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our internal & external communications strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective communication campaigns that resonate with our target audience and support our overall business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, blogs, press releases, and website.
  • Manage and maintain our company's online presence, including website content updates, social media profiles, and online listings.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital graphics.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners for potential collaborations and PR opportunities.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars to promote our brand and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts and present findings to management.


Qualifications:


  • Proven 7+ years of experience in marketing communications or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and content.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate:


  • Proven ability to craft and execute impactful communications for large, diverse audiences (event promotion, community engagement)
  • Experience capturing and packaging inspiring internal stories (blogs, newsletters, intranet features)
  • Hands-on collaboration with external agencies on visual identity and event promotions
  • Content creation for workshops/talks, including design and publishing
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), AI assistants (Copilot), Microsoft 365, and basic knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Enough breadth to work independently under our team’s guidance.
