Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in various operational activities. The intern will assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, data management, and other HR-related tasks, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews)

- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction, ensuring a smooth transition

- Maintain accurate employee database and records, ensuring confidentiality

- Prepare HR reports and analytics, providing insights to the team

- Support HR team in employee engagement activities, promoting a positive work culture

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager

Requirements:

- Pursuing MBA/HR/Industrial Relations or relevant degree

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
