Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Promote solar products and services
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets
- Update customer data in CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience (preferably in solar or telecom industry)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented and motivated individual
- Proficiency in English and local languages (Hindi, etc.)
Experience: 0-2 years (fresher’s welcome)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
