Intern - Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update company social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content in line with brand voice and campaigns
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and track performance metrics
• Coordinate with teams for content requirements
• Assist in daily office operations and coordination tasks
• Maintain and update internal databases, records, and reports
• Support HR, marketing, or project teams with administrative and execution-based tasks
• Handle communication with vendors, customers and internal teams

Requirements

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Students or recent graduates (any field) are welcome to apply
