Intern – Data Operations
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)
Department: Ultra Prism (Ad Tech – Performance Marketing)
Duration: 3 Months | Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
Position Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern – Data Operations to support our ad operations team at Ultra Prism, Affle’s AI-powered ad optimization platform. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital advertising, campaign execution, and performance analysis on major ad platforms like Meta and Google.
You will work onsite with the team in Gurgaon, contributing to real-time ad campaign execution and gaining exposure to advanced marketing automation and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support & Monitoring
Assist in setting up and tracking digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
Support live campaign monitoring for delivery and performance, and raise alerts when needed.Coordinate with internal teams for timely receipt of creative assets and campaign inputs.
- Platform Operations & Reporting
Learn to operate Ultra Prism’s automation and reporting tools.
Help prepare regular performance reports and dashboards.Assist with tracking and attribution checks using tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, etc.
- Collaboration & Process Support
Collaborate with teams from Ad Ops, Product, and Sales to align on campaign objectives.
Participate in QA checks, campaign audits, and documentation.Maintain operational checklists and ensure consistent execution practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.Interest in digital advertising and data-driven marketing.Basic familiarity with ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with PowerPoint.Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
