Role Overview

Content Writing Intern

Key Responsibilities

1. UX Writing (Product Content)

• Assist in writing

  microcopy

  for product experiences (buttons, tooltips, onboarding screens, FAQs, notifications, error messages, etc.).
• Help simplify complex user flows into

  clear, human, and intuitive language

  .
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve usability through content.
• Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and voice across product touchpoints.

2. Marketing Content Writing

• Write content for blogs, landing pages, social media posts, emails, ads, and campaign copy.
• Support the team in drafting

  high-conversion messaging

  aligned with funnel stages (awareness → consideration → conversion).
• Assist in storytelling content such as learner success stories, course highlights, and community updates.
• Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and branding consistency.

3. Content Research & Optimization

• Conduct topic research, competitor benchmarking, and audience insight gathering.
• Support SEO-driven writing by using keywords naturally and effectively.
• Help with content repurposing across formats (blog → reels → posts → email snippets).

Who You Are

• A student / fresher pursuing or recently completed graduation in

  English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Design, or related fields.

• Strong writing skills with clarity, structure, and a good sense of storytelling.
• Curious about

  UX writing, product language, and marketing communication.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Basic familiarity with content tools (Google Docs, Grammarly, Notion, Canva) is a plus.
