Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Interior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, cultivating client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to meet sales targets. The role includes identifying new market opportunities, making sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in market analysis, strategy development, and identifying new business opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
