Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to achieve targets. Duties include market research, negotiating deals, maintaining client relationships, creating sales proposals, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance business development efforts. Qualifications Experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management Knowledge of the real estate market and property management services Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in market research and analysis Ability to create and present compelling sales proposals Team collaboration and leadership skills Ability to work independently and meet set targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage Show more Show less
