Interior Sales Manager (Apka Budget)

Location: Delhi NCR
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,20,000 (Experience Based)

About the Role:

We are hiring an Interior Sales Manager who has strong experience in Interior Design + Sales + Deal Closing + Team Coordination.
The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete interior category, from client handling to project closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete Interior Category of Apka Budget
• Meet clients, understand requirements, and prepare proposals
• Visit sites and convert leads into confirmed interior projects
• Create and present 2D/3D design ideas (if needed)
• Work closely with the sales team to generate daily sales
• Follow up with customers and close deals
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, technicians, and execution teams
• Prepare business development plans for the interior division
• Maintain project reports, costing, and documentation
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in Interior / Modular / Architecture sales
• Strong sales, negotiation & communication skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D design, materials, modular work (preferred)
• Ability to handle both office + site responsibilities
• Good understanding of home interior products & pricing
• Must be confident in converting leads into sales
