Key Responsibilities:

PMS Sales:

• Drive sales for Property Management Services (property leasing, maintenance, tenant management, etc.).
• Identify and acquire new property owners, HNIs, and NRIs for property management solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, and real estate partners for lead generation.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and pitch Propcare services to potential clients.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets with a focus on premium/luxury residential properties.

Interior Sales:

• Promote Interior Design & Turnkey Solutions for new homeowners and investors.
• Understand client requirements, budget, and timelines to propose customized interior solutions.
• Coordinate with in-house design & project teams to create and present design proposals.
• Close sales by negotiating commercial terms and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–6 years in Real Estate Sales, Property Management Sales, or Luxury Interior Solutions Sales.
• Strong network in HNI/NRI segment, builders, and brokers is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven with a passion for sales and relationship management.
• Ability to handle end-to-end client engagement – from lead generation to closure.
