Job Summary

The Interior Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth for interior design services, managing the complete sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with design and execution teams to ensure smooth project closure and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales activities for

  residential & commercial interior projects

• Generate new leads through calls, site visits, walk-ins, digital platforms, and referrals
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable interior design solutions
• Conduct

  client meetings, presentations, and site visits

• Prepare and explain

  quotations, BOQs, and design proposals

• Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with

  designers, project managers, and execution teams

• Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
• Maintain strong post-sales relationships for referrals and repeat business
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Train and guide junior sales executives (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field

• 3–6 years of experience

  in interior sales or real estate sales
• Strong knowledge of

  interior materials, modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to handle high-value clients and close premium projects
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic design understanding

Preferred Experience

• Experience in

  turnkey interior projects

• Exposure to luxury or premium interior segments
• Local market knowledge of Delhi NCR
