Interior Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated Interior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client needs, presenting design solutions, and closing sales. This role requires a combination of sales skills, customer service, and a basic understanding of interior design concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Meet with clients to understand their interior design needs and budget.
• Present design ideas, layouts, and material options effectively.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for clients.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, or home decor.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and trends.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
