About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and client acquisition for our Interiors division. The ideal candidate will have strong industry networks, proven leadership in sales, and the ability to drive large-scale interior projects from lead generation to closure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, builders, corporate clients, and developers.
  • Lead client discussions, understand requirements, and present customized design and execution solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closure, and contract finalization.
  • Collaborate closely with design, estimation, and project execution teams to deliver on client expectations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to stay ahead.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales executives to enhance team performance.
  • Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, channel partners networking forums.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of proven sales experience in Interiors, Real Estate, or Construction industry.
  • Strong client network within the interiors/real estate ecosystem (architects, developers, corporates).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Good understanding of design concepts, materials, and execution processes.
  • Strong presentation skills with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle premium, HNI and high-value projects and corporate clients independently.


Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to handling end to end turnkey interior fit out projects.
  • Established track record of closing high-value orders/contracts.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to build long-term business partnerships.
