As a Senior Sales Manager in the Interiors Division, you will be responsible for leading business development and client acquisition. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets for residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects. Building and nurturing strong relationships with architects, builders, corporate clients, and developers will be crucial. You will lead client discussions, understand requirements, and provide customized design and execution solutions. Overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closure, and contract finalization, will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with design, estimation, and project execution teams to meet client expectations is essential. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and identifying new business opportunities will be key to staying ahead in the industry. Mentoring and guiding junior sales executives to enhance team performance is also expected. Representing the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums is an integral part of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with at least 8 years of proven sales experience in the Interiors, Real Estate, or Construction industry. A strong client network within the interiors/real estate ecosystem and excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills are required. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, along with a good understanding of design concepts, materials, and execution processes is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, as well as strong presentation skills, is necessary. The ability to handle premium, HNI, high-value projects, and corporate clients independently is a must. Preferred skills for this role include exposure to handling end-to-end turnkey interior fit-out projects, an established track record of closing high-value orders/contracts, and strategic thinking with the ability to build long-term business partnerships.,
