Job Description

We are looking for a project manager for dhaka location

Location - Bhutan

Project Duration - 2 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interior Project Manager to oversee and deliver interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, client management, and coordination skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end interior projects including planning, design development, procurement, execution, and handover.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare project schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and monitor progress against set timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to approved drawings and materials.
  • Resolve project-related issues, delays, or conflicts promptly to maintain workflow continuity.
  • Lead project meetings, document progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement of materials, furnishings, and finishes while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and project close-out reports are maintained.
  • Uphold company standards in design execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in managing interior design/fit-out for commercial projects.
  • Strong background in project management within residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors.

Skills:

  • Excellent project planning, budgeting, and time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of design drawings, materials, construction methods, and finishes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience working with multinational clients and large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and modern interior design practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
