Interior project manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver 8–10 interior projects simultaneously within budget, quality, and timeline.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, BOQs, and progress reports.
• Monitor on-site execution, ensure quality standards, and resolve site-level challenges.
• Handle vendor negotiations, material procurement, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site visits and review meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and contractual requirements.
• Lead and guide project coordinators, site engineers, and support staff.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering.
• 7–12 years of experience in interior project execution & management.
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera / Excel).
• Excellent understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites efficiently.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
