Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

● 4–6 years’ experience in interior fit-out or construction project management.

● Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and building systems.

● Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar project management tools.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

● Familiarity with Delhi NCR building codes and regulations

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager – Interior Projects tooversee and deliver multiple interior fit-out projects across the Delhi NCR region.

The idealcandidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highestquality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, execute, and deliver interior design/fit-out projects from concept to completion.

● Prepare project timelines, budgets, and schedules.

● Coordinate with design teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

● Oversee site execution, ensuring quality control, safety, and adherence tospecifications.

● Manage procurement, monitor costs, and handle project billing.

● Conduct regular site meetings and issue progress reports.

● Handle client communication and resolve on-site issues promptly.

● Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards.

● Manage project handover, snag lists, and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
