Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with a strong expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and SketchUp to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations that bring our clients’ visions to life. You’ll work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure all designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Concept Development

1. Space Planning: Analyze client requirements and develop efficient space plans that optimize the functionality and flow of the area.

2. Concept Creation: Create design concepts, mood boards, and style guidelines that align with the client’s vision and lifestyle.

3. Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, colors, and furnishings that complement the overall design concept.

Client Interaction and Consultation

1. Client Briefing: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and lifestyle requirements.

2. Design Presentations: Present design concepts, sketches, and 3D renderings to clients for feedback and approval.

3. Customization: Incorporate client feedback into the design process to ensure a personalized and satisfactory outcome.

Technical and Project Documentation

1. Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, and specifications for construction and installation.

2. BOQ Preparation: Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed project documentation for budgeting and execution.

3. Software Proficiency: Use design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit to create accurate design plans and visualizations.

Project Coordination and Management

1. Vendor Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

2. On-site Supervision: Monitor the progress of the project on-site to ensure it aligns with the design plans and standards.

3. Budget Management: Ensure that the project stays within the approved budget by managing costs effectively.

Innovation and Trend Adaptation

1. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technologies.

2. Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly design practices where possible.

3. Innovation: Introduce innovative design solutions and ideas to enhance the overall client experience.

Quality Assurance and Post-Project Support

1. Quality Control: Ensure that the design and execution meet high-quality standards and client expectations.

2. Final Inspections: Conduct final inspections and address any issues before project handover.

3. After-sales Support: Provide post-project support to address any client concerns or modifications.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D renders.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of 3ds Max (preferred), with experience in V-Ray and SketchUp or Revit.
• Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, material selection, and lighting techniques.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to produce accurate and precise models and renderings.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and project stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
