Design Presentations: Present design concepts, sketches, and 3D renderings to clients for feedback and approval. 3. Customization: Incorporate client feedback into the design process to ensure a personalized and satisfactory outcome. Technical and Project Documentation 1. Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, and specifications for construction and installation. 2. BOQ Preparation: Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed project documentation for budgeting and execution. 3. Software Proficiency: Use design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit to create accurate design plans and visualizations. Project Coordination and Management 1. Vendor Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. 2. On-site Supervision: Monitor the progress of the project on-site to ensure it aligns with the design plans and standards. 3. Budget Management: Ensure that the project stays within the approved budget by managing costs effectively. Innovation and Trend Adaptation 1. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technologies. 2. Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly design practices where possible. 3. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in furniture production processes, especially modular systems, and a hands-on understanding of woodworking machinery, technical drawings, and design-to-execution workflows. In this role, you will be a key link between the design and production teams, ensuring that every modular furniture component is fabricated with accuracy, efficiency, and quality. From interpreting CAD drawings to managing cut lists and working with CNC-based machinery, your experience will contribute directly to delivering high-quality interior spaces to our clients. Experience & Skills: 1. 2–5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, preferably modular furniture. 2. Familiarity with woodworking machinery like CNC routers, panel saws, edge banders, etc. 3.
