Interior Designer

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and skilled Interior Designer. The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial and residential projects, managing vendors, and overseeing site visits. Proficiency in design software is essential to create innovative and visually appealing solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Design & Execution:

• Conceptualize and develop interior design plans for commercial and residential spaces.

• Prepare detailed drawings and layouts using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.

2. Site Visits:

• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the proposed plan.

• Monitor project progress and resolve any on-site challenges to ensure timely completion.

3. Vendor & Contract Management:

• Manage contracts and coordinate with vendors for sourcing materials and services.

• Ensure quality control by liaising with contractors and suppliers to meet project standards.

4. Presentation & Client Interaction:

• Create impactful presentations using tools like PowerPoint to showcase design concepts and proposals.

• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle for feedback and updates.

5. Compliance & Budget Management:

• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and standards.

• Work within project budgets while maintaining design integrity and quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field (Preferred).

• Minimum 2 Years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing work on residential and commercial projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.

• Strong spatial planning and visualization skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with clients and teams.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
